Atherleigh Ladies Crown Green Bowling League 20th Anniversary fund raising,

To mark the 20th Anniversary of the formation of the Atherleigh Ladies Crown Green Bowling League, each of the 10 registered teams fund raised for Cancer Research. The Chairlady and Secretary presented the Cheque for £4767 to Christies at their Presentation on Friday evening. Their aim was to celebrate the success of the League, whilst giving back something to a worthy cause. Also it is a poignant reminder of those of our ladies suffering the disease and those we have lost over the years .
